Spent almost $3000. For simplifire and the heater doesn't work. I called the company, company closed because of covid 19. I can't leave a message. I'm buying expensive fireplace not the cheap 350 fireplace. I'm very disappointed. Do NOT buy simplifire. No one can help you.
