Haven’t installed it yet. However this is my second identical unit from fireplace direct and the third we’ve bought. Their electric versions are very realistic to us. The customer service is excellent. We have always recommended this company and their products.

Great purchase -- I nice addition to our home!
We converted our gas logs over to the electric SimpliFire -- it works great, looks great, and was easy to install. We saved over $1000 installing it ourselves.

Would purchase again
Easy to set up and test the operation. Like the hardwire and 120/240 option, though I did not use it. Have not installed the unit in the opening yet, but do not foresee any problems.
