The unit we received was damaged during shipping with large chips missing from the frame. The fireplace seemed to work as far as the electronics so we kept it rather than destroy it and get a replacement and we asked for a 50% discount but they offered $500 (33%) The cosmetic damage is on the bottom of the frame and we painted over it so minimally noticeable.
