I compared this unit to several others for price point, realistic look and feel, and hearing capability for our NYC apartment. It's fantastic! Easy to use and lots of options for colors and the look. We inserted this into a freestanding marble fireplace instead of building it into the wall and it works perfectly.

The pricing was competitive and they had stock which they shipped quickly. The person I talked with was very knowledgeable and was able to give me the full dimensions of the product. We had priced a gas fireplace and went with this since we didn't need a lot of heat. It was less than half the cost of gas.
