This electric fireplace is absolutely gorgeous. It’s heavy, but easy to put together when you follow the directions. I love that it can change different colors and I love that it puts out heat. It has definitely warmed up our living room. I have had multiple compliments already on it.

Delivery went really smoothly with the fireplace. My mom actually stopped over to help me out with getting it unpacked and taking it downstairs. I'm glad it was in pieces, or else there's no way we could have gotten it down there. Assembly was pretty simple overall. One of the butterfly nuts was bad, and there weren't any extra pieces at all. Which I do find odd as most furniture assembly projects always provide extra pieces just in case. The mantle had the label sticker on it towards the front, so once it was set on top, you could see this large white sticker on the under side. So we had to take that back off and get that scraped off. It was not an easy peel sticker, and it ended up taking some of the finish off of the mantle. Why that wasn't put in a spot that wouldn't be seen seems VERY odd to me. The cord is not very long either, which is an issue since our outlets are pretty spaced out in the basement. So now we have to get an electrician to come over and run another outlet for us. I'm not sure why the cord isn't any longer, considering it has to be plugged into an outlet and can't be plugged into an extension cord. We did plug it in once it was assembled, and it puts off decent heat, nothing crazy. It's nice you can change the colors of the flames. I like that it has an app in addition to the remote control to be able to switch between those features as well. Overall, it is a very nice-looking fireplace. For the price of this thing, though, there is definitely room for improvement.
