Great product and customer service

I love the realistic light up logs , and the amazing detail right down to the hand painting. . . . I am so impressed with this company as the first log set I was sent was damaged with some of the logs broken , however they immediately sent me a new log set ! Now that's customer service thanks again electric fire place direct
