Disappointed
Pretty disappointed in the size of the logs and height of the fire. Looks a lot different than the internet photos. For the price of this fireplace we are pretty disappointed.

Delivery was fast, it's beautiful
Delivery was fast, it's beautiful and fits the look I wanted. Unfortunately it has a huge plug on it and the instructions give dimensions for building out an insert for the fireplace but don't account for the two inch plug. After our contractor did a complete built in for it, it oils t slide all the way in because the plug was too big. I would recommend a flat plug design. Also the instructions are not clear on wiring. They give you diagrams with red wire instruction but the unit doesn't have any red wires on it. Very frustrating. I wish their YouTube video had instructions for instillation from start to finish to help.
