Country Living Infrared

Really like the look of this unit in my fireplace. I'm allergic to wood smoke so this is perfect decorative addition. I don't know how much heat it will provide but time will tell. But it does look good! Great delivery and product is as was expected.

Problem solved and fine product

I bought a 20 inch electric log set in January and had a slight problem with a clicking sound which was coming exy from the unit when it was running. I called customer service right away and they solved the issue in a timely matter with no problem at all. Now I have a unit which I love for both the ambiance and heat whenever I want it. Apologies for the delayed review but better late than never.

We love our new fireplace

We love our new fireplace logs. They are not only beautiful with the flame to look at, they really heat up the front area of our house. We are very well pleased with them.
