Price Match Guarantee

At Electric Fireplaces Direct, we strive to offer the lowest prices possible on all of our products. If you find the same item at a lower price from another online retailer, contact us — we’ll match it. 

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

• Proof of the competitor’s price is required. Acceptable proof includes a product web address (URL), email, or print advertisement.
• The competitor’s price must be current at the time of the match request.
• The item must be identical — including brand, model number, finish, components, availability, and delivery conditions.
• We compare total delivered prices, including shipping and handling. If the competitor’s delivery charges are not supplied or readily available, we will apply our own shipping cost to their price for comparison.
• We may limit quantities eligible for price matching and reserve the right to limit the total quantity sold per customer.

Important exclusions:

• Price match requests must be made before placing your order. Due to rapid processing, we cannot guarantee the ability to change or cancel orders once submitted.
• If the competitor’s pricing violates a manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy, we cannot match it, as doing so would breach our pricing agreements.
• Our Best Price Guarantee excludes Real Flame products sold on Amazon, clearance items, and any prices that fall below our minimum profitability threshold.
