Almost Perfect
I've owned the fireplace for 9 months and it's in a vacation home which we frequent often so the use varies. The flame does look real at night, very difficult to see in the daytime. My one complaint is the glass should be non reflective, I'm not sure this would solve the daylight issue but It would certainly help at night when lights are turned on. The reflection of the lights on the glass can wash out the flame. Other than that it's a great fireplace.
