We are currently offering Free Shipping on the majority of our items for a limited time. This offer is good for the lower 48 US states only (all other locations will be quoted). For items shipped via freight carrier to residential addresses, a $65 fee will be added to your order. FREE for a limited time only!
As defined by the trucking industry, Home Delivery means "curbside delivery" in a residential area. You may need assistance to move the package indoors or you might unbox the shipment and carry each piece inside individually. Some drivers will assist in getting a shipment into a garage or carport. Please select Home Delivery, Commercial Address, or Terminal Pickup for the particular item category you are purchasing during the checkout process.
- Our ClassicFlame Electric Fireplaces typically ship Next Day. You should receive your fireplace in 4 to 7 days
- Our Dimplex and Napoleon Electric Fireplaces typically ship in 2 to 4 days. You should receive your fireplace in 7 to 10 days
- Please visit each product for specific shipment information
- Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with estimated ship date
- Depending on the size and weight of the item, we ship either FedEx or via freight carrier (ex. Roadway Express)
- Transit time varies between 2 and 5 days depending upon your location in the US or Canada. You will receive an email at time of shipment with tracking information
- Please check the cartons when they are delivered. Should your item be damaged, carefully document it on the driver's Bill of Lading, refuse shipment and contact us immediately

White Glove Delivery Option 1: The freight carrier will carry
the items to the room of your choice.
White Glove Delivery Option 2: The freight carrier will carry
the items to the room of your choice, unpack the boxes and remove the packaging
debris.

Receiving Your Shipment
We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it's possible that in rare cases, damages may occur during shipment.
Before signing for the shipment inspect the carton and contents. You should have a knife, hammer, pry bar and wire cutters on hand to help open the carton. Should you notice any damage, please note it on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the Freight Bill of Lading. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a notation on the lading that there appears to be some damage to the contents and that you were not able to inspect the contents before signing. You then have 24 hours to initiate a damage claim with us.
