We want you to be completely satisfied with your fireplace purchase, so if for any reason you are not, we will refund 100% of your product purchase amount should you be dissatisfied with any fireplace product. Conditions:
  • You must notify us within 14 days of the receipt of your item. Simply log in via "My Account" and request a return.
  • You will be given complete item return instructions and issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA) once your return is approved. All returned items must have an RMA.
  • The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, in sellable condition.
  • When the item(s) have been returned, they will be inspected. Items received in original packaging, in sellable condition will be refunded 100% of the original product purchase price less any return shipping costs incurred by us.
NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the freight delivery receipt. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, prior to signing note on the delivery receipt "CARTON DAMAGED" if there are any blemishes, scuffs, crinkles, tears, rips, wetness, etc. The contents can be damaged by mishandlings such as drops that may only blemish the carton slightly. Immediately, within 24 hours of delivery, contact us regarding any damage.
