Invoices

The order confirmation that you receive via email after placing your order is your official receipt. Because most of our products ship directly from their manufacturer, we cannot include invoices with the shipments. If you require another copy of your invoice at any time, please contact us and we'll be happy to resend it to you.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change your order please call us at 1.866-966-1122 (8am-7pm CST Monday-Thursday • 8am-5pm CST Friday • 10am-3pm CST Saturday). We will do our best to cancel your order. Cancellation or changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours. Because we attempt to ship your product as soon as possible we cannot always cancel your order prior to it being processed. If the order is for a custom mantel or surround, we cannot cancel the order after production has begun. Should a standard order ship before being cancelled, please see our return policy for instructions.

Gift Certificates

Purchasing:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount you choose. To purchase a gift certificate online, click on the Gift Certificates category and enter amount and gift message information. You may also purchase by please contacting us at 1-866-966-1122 and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Redeeming:
Gift certificates can be used to purchase any item on our web site. Simply enter the gift certificate pin number under Discounts & Gift Certificates during the order process. If the cost of your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. If the cost of your order is less than the amount of your gift certificate, the remaining balance will be left on the gift certificate for a future purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

Items sold and shipped to Alabama and Colorado are subject to sales tax. We are required by law to charge sales tax on the full amount of the order.
