The cooking surface on our grills is calculated by multiplying the length by width. The size is given in square inches. The larger the total cooking surface means the more food you can grill at one time. When determining the size grill you need,
consider how large of a space you have and how many people you normally cook for. If you cooking for two, you may want to consider a smaller grill whereas if you’re cooking for a group you should look at the massive 8800 series by Electri-Chef
which is the largest electric grill on the market with 1056 sq. inches of cooking area.
